I used to think of my self as an advanced beginner but having not used any of these skills for several years, I’m not sure anymore. I have the need to convert the format of a table.I was not sure where to post question, I guess the solution will tell me that.
From : (Different record for same part Number)
ID (Key) | fldPartNumber | fldWarehouse | fldQuantity
0 | 2032277 | P00 | 1
1 | 2336097 | P00 | 2
3 | 2336097 | P02 | 4
4 | 2336099 | P00 | 3
5 | 2336099 | P01 | 5
To: (Same record for PartNumber with different Warehouses)
fldPartNumber(Key) | fldInvP00 | fldInvP01 | fldInvPo2
2032277 | 1 | 0 | 0
2336097 | 2 | 0 | 4
2336099 | 3 | 5 | 0
I tried to think of solution in terms of a an query with an IIF statement or VB code (ADO) but I’m at a loss.
