I've always had an issue on a report where when the report is formatted, if a sub-report has it's visible property changed to False, the space that it occupies is still taken by that sub-report.

I would like it if the sub-report visible property is changed to False, (in vba), I would like a text box below it to "move up" and occupy that space. Is there a way to do this?

Thanks!

Have you got the subreport CanShrink and can grow property set to yes, and tried making it 1 pixel high?

Thanks. That seems to work. The only downside, (that I'll live with), is when you're in the design view, those sub reports are really small.

Thank you again,

Chuck
