Hello everyone, would like to ask if it is possible to use arrow or shape to indicate the changes that is made in report? Thank you.

For example; I have two PO which is of the same PO number, but i make some changes in the second PO and would like the report to detach the line that i have make changes to.

Having different data under the same reference seems odd to me but ....

How does your system know that a change has been made in the second PO? Do you record a log of the changes?

Some PO's indicate in their header a change has been made. Typically "Change Order" or "Revised" would alert the reader to changes.

If a line item is added or removed to a PO it is considered revised or changed. It's pretty common in accounting to make change orders. Trying to design these types of databases would be challenging.
