Summing an unbound textbox (1 Viewer)

Is it possible to subtotal an unbound textbox on a report? I have a textbox which itself contains a calculation as its data source =([txtRateForYear]*52)

Now, if I have a record that has that field a number of times, is there a way to have a subtotal at the end of each record, and then an overall total in the report footer?

You can't sum the textbox, but you can sum the calculation. You can also move the calculation to the report's source query, giving you a field you can sum.

Just got back in, and come to post exactly that - I had one of those "Ah, ya silly auld git..." moments to myself whilst sat at some traffic lights

I should think slower, and post less....

I do seem to have a tendency to solve things whilst stuck in traffic.... or in the bath.... or in the middle of the night
