I have created an access application for student registration, fee paymnets dues and reminders.
Access does not give me much flexibility, so I wanted to switch to vb.net 2005.
I build form with frames, got all of that to work, except when I make a connection in visual studio 2005 to .mdb file so that I could retrieve the data and store it, it seemed that visual studio copied all of the data into it self, and my 100kb program became like 800k . I though I only making a connection to the file, not copying everething to my program. I used the odbc wizard in vs2005. Did I do something wrong?
