Adherence via ODBC in Totalview (1 Viewer)

Hello All!

This is my first post asking for help. I help with Workforce Management within a CallCenter and one of the programs we use is NICE IEX Workforce Management (Totalview). I came across this forum when I was looking for help on getting Adherence from the backend of this program via ODBC. The below link would be perfect, however it was for Totalview 3.6 and we are currently on version 6.4.3. I reviewed the old tables used from the PDF file explaining how to get Adherence out of Totalview 3.6 and mapped them out to the new tables within IEX 6.4.3. Unfortunately, not all of the old tables were mapped in the newest version. The program allows an adherence report to be ran from the front end of the program, but I'm trying to automate this information through the backend. Any help would be appreciated!

I don't have anything further to add. I just hope someone else has some experience with this..
