Access 2007, Windows 7.
I'm using an image control to show pictures from a non-Access-database on main and subforms. These pictures are first copied to a temp-directory and from there picked up by the image control.
This is working fine, also on continuous (sub)forms (showing, as it should, a different picture on every row).
But only when working locally on my computer. When using the access-application in a server based vmware-environment (as all non-developers in my company do), the pictures on the main forms are shown, but not on the subforms. They are all copied to the temp-directory though.
So somehow they are not picked up by the image control in the subforms. I have no idea why.
There are no error messages.
As this vmware environment is a bit slow, could it be a timing issue? How can I check this and if so, is there anything that can be done?
