Mail merge toolbar is disabled (1 Viewer)

Hi guys

I am getting problem in mail merge in ms word. when i go to

tools->letters and mailings->mail merge wizard, then only one command Insert word field command on the toolbar is enabled and rest of the options are disabled. How can I enable them?

Any help would be much appreciated.

Have you completed the merge? These are not the complete steps, you must continue to tell Word which documents you wish to merge (the next step would probably be Use Current Document, then select recipients...) unless you are trying to run an existing mail merge. Please be more specific so that we can assist you.
