A column will have either the word "Offer" or "Order." I want the text to appear as a hyperlink (blue underlined) if another column for that record is not null, otherwise normal black text. I know how to make the entire column a hyperlink, but how do I do it for only certain records?

Use Conditional Formatting to colour and underline based on an "Expression Is" formatting rule.

Okay I did that but when I change the ForeColor it seems to color in the background, at least in a box slightly smaller than the cell. This is visible because alternating rows are colored slightly darker in Access. Is there anyway to prevent this background box from being filled in?

Also is it possible to change the cursor to the hand pointer when over the individual cells like for hyperlinks?
