I don't know if this is the right venue for this but I need someone to help. For years, we have had Access databases with an ODBC connection to an Oracle database. Each time something was updated or changed on the programming or computers, we had to relink the connection. It was difficult but our IT guy got it done.
A few months ago we replaced Windows 7 computers with Windows 10 computers. At that time, we could not get the connection to work. We read several articles about the connectivity issues with Windows 10 and ODBC connections. The IT guy tried at least a hundred times to make the connection using all the suggestions we found online. We tried everything we could. The only answer we could find is that Windows 10, ACCDB databases, and ODBC connections to Oracle was a problem.
Does anyone know if this has been resolved or do you have a solution that works?
