Hey cheer,
setting up a custom ribbon from scratch can be a daunting task and assumes that you are proficient in Access system tables, VBA and XML. You might want to use a building tool instead. It will save you a lot of time and maybe headaches. I recommend MontaRibbons. It's a very good tool and it comes with training videos. Costs $35 US

Here is your sample.

You have helped a lot with the attached ACCDB file.

I would like to ask further if to display out standard shortcut icons at the ribbon such as Excel Export , PDF Export, sorting ascending and descending, filter by text input and filter removal.

Hi cheer

Arnelgp has been very helpful in providing you with examples.
The question is do you understand what he has done.

If yes, you should now be able to create your own.
If not, then I agree with solo712
Buy or try a ribbon creator utility.
You could also try IDBE Ribbon Creator which costs €32 and has many examples as well.
A free version is available with a limit of 10 items per ribbon

It works !!! Very helpful !

Do you have any idea how to write API to display "Browse Folder Screen". Already PM to you. The application is working under the Windows 2016 Server, 64 bits.
