I have been asked to take an existing report, rpt1, which can be one or multiple pages, and add a page to it from another report, rpt2, which is one page. rpt1 is oriented as Portrait. rpt2 is oriented as Landscape. I have done this and rpt2 stays as a Portrait report and displays as two pages. Is there a way to have rpt2 display as Landscape?

Thank you.

If we're talking hard copy printing, I would use code to and print first report then print second report, or for creating pdf, if you have full version of acrobat you can use code to combine the two. If you don't have full version of acrobat, there are third party apps that can do the merging. I can provide code or link for merging pdf. pdftk can do a lot of things with pdf files. They have a free version which includes a command line interface that can be used in vba.

After some debate, the group agreed to allow me to reformat rpt1 as Landscape. This resolved the problem.

Thank you for your help.
