sticky99, Strange, but try opening whilst depressing the 'shift' key to go into edit mode, then open form 'frmNewUser'. Add a new user & assign them user rights 3 - admin. Save & close. Reopen application, then select that user from the drop down. You will be prompted with a 'change password' option to set up your password. Should all be good from there. PS - if you can select user called 'Password, then their login is 'password' all in lowercase. I also downloaded the copy you have & it works for me.
