I have a table in excel that's a query coming from an access db. I created a couple of columns at the end for different calculations and I am having troubles with the results since those matching a condition are not formated as "date" like the others.

My function is: =IF([@FreeType]="";[@HoursWorked];(IF([@WeekDay]="6";"7:30";"8:00")))

as you can see, the lines matching the condition [@WeekDay]="6" are not formated as date, despite the whole column is marked as such.

Thanks in advance!

Not at a computer where I can test, but try not surrounding the values with quotes. That makes them text.

It says that there is a problem with the formula if I don't do it..

I solved it referring to two cells with the values 7:30 and 8:00 instead. It seems to work.

Thanks for your help! :)
