Showing you my report, the following tasks are what I need to accomplish
1. I need the spacing to be fixed, only one spacing per group, as you can see it is inconsistent.
I need the all the big white blank spacing to be gone. I tried all kinds of suppressing but only gave
one result which is leaving me no spacing at all. First two groups above is the spacing I need. HELP!
2. Under Earned(Loss) column ( a calculated field), I need the sum of only the last line per group. I
tried Running Total but did not work because Earned(Loss) is a calculated field and does not show on
the left pane of the Running Total tables and Fields. I couldn't figure out what formula to use. Please
help. What I meant is only to pick up the last line, example from the report above:
(50.00) + 50.00 + 500.00 + (50.75) = 449.25
3. Under Running? column (also a formula field), only look at the YES answer on each group then get the numeric data from Earned(Loss) column of the same line and sum it all up then i will also put it at the Report Footer of the report (the last page of the report). I tried if then else statement, no errors but gave me 0 answer. What I meant here at no 3 is looking at the Yes answer
50.00 + 500.00 = 550.00
