Easier way to print reports? (1 Viewer)

Enjoying being a new member of the Forum, but from versions of Access I've used in years gone by, printing seems to have got a lot more involved and subsequently cumbersome?

When I have a Report on screen, and I select 'File' - 'Print', it prints whatever is highlighted in the Navigation bar on the left, not my Report? I think the Page_Setup and everything else as I want it can be saved with the Report, so what's the best way to put a simple button (say on the menu bar/similar) to Print Preview/Print... I can't seem to find one where there used to be one?

If you view your report in print preview mode a ribbon should automatically be displayed with all you need.
If you prefer report view, add a print button to the report. It won't appear on the printed version

Thanks isladogs exactly what I needed, never occured to me that the button wouldn't print.
