Going crazy here for 3 days now. Been trying to create a staff schedule grid with days along the top and names down the left side, and the data in the middle being the duties the staff are working on each day. It works perfectly when everyone only does one duty a day, but then goes crazy when anyone does more than one duty per day, and duplicates the other duteis on the other days in the same line.
I've a query for each day of the week, then bring them together in another queriy and this is where it is going wrong. I think I can understand wny it is happening as I am pulling tother all the days of the week in one query, but I can't think of any other way of getting the days to appear in a column format on the report.
Anyone any ideas, I'm all out.
