LAN wireless Laptop keeps disabling? Code 10 & 31 (1 Viewer)

LAN wireless Laptop keeps disabling? Why and How to fix it?

My LAPTOP is disabling on me...now I know that I re-posted this question two times but I got no answers...maybe i didn't explain myself correctly. So I took some screen shots I took. My laptop is HP Pavillion home ed. Window's Vista

My father has a 2WIRE AT&T.... so usually I connect by looking for wireless signal...I'll be in my room without connecting to any dial tone....I just search for my dad's wireless...and bang! I'm online. I also noticed that my dvd/cd writer isn't working...or...it wasn't but now for some odd reason it is...I don't know.


Now my laptop says 'disable'



so when I go to "connect to" it doesn't show ANY wireless connects....

I just finish starting my laptop up...it let me get online for about a few minutes then it got 'disabled'

Can someone help me? because I google what code 10, 31 means...it has something to do with my dvd driver? is this effecting my internet?

Please explain it step by step so I won't get lost. Thank you so much for your time.

I went to HP website and downloaded the LAN driver...however...it still didn't work, then I even reinstall my old drivers and it still didn't work. So I don't know.

TBH haven't gone through every photo but first thing to do is in device properties can you right click and select enable ? It appears to be disabled. If the drivers are on your laptop it should find it and enable it.

If that doesn't work right click and uninstall reboot and see if Windows automatically sets it up.

If that doesn't work check on HP website* and download the appropriate drivers iirc they have a good support site so you can location the correct one for your laptop and reinstall them.

*from another PC of course

See how you get and post back if none of that works.
