Hi,
I am trying to create a cash/purchase ledger type system in Access. I have created a main menu form and on that is a button for the cash ledger. I have a table and form for each month of the year. What I want to happen is when I click the cash ledger button it asks me to choose a specific month, then after choosing the month it takes me to that form... Can this be done?? Help!!

there is no need to create separate form for each month.
just use one form for all months and just filter the form for the month to display.

Hi. Welcome to AWF! I agree with Arnel. It would be less maintenance for you if you use only one form.

What about having a table for each month? Is that not a bad idea?

Thanks, I think for ease of use I will just use the one form and use the filter!

That would be the way to go.
Imagine the work, if you added a new feature to a form.? Then do that times eleven again.?

You *might* be thinking in Excel mode with a worksheet for each month?
