populating word doc with different layout each time (1 Viewer)

I understand it is possible to populate fields of a word document with records of an Access db.
I want to do this, but the layout of the word document will be different each time, and I'm not sure how to go about doing this at all, if anyone could give me any advice that would be appreciated.
