I hope I can find an answer here... I've loved this website for years - several hard Access issues for me have been easily resolved; it's my hope that someone will be able to easily answer this one for me.

Basic Setup Now:
I'm in a small business that has basically one PC dedicated for email traffic. The owner wants to maintain all email accounts in one place. So, this one PC (running Windows 7 and Outlook 2010) has multiple PST files for each of the 10 or so email accounts the company uses.

What I would like to be able to do is open Outlook on my PC and use one of the PST files (i.e. purchasing@companyx.com) that is stored on the other PC. So that any new emails that come in I can see here, and everything I send is stored within the main PST file. I should note that I am running Win 2000 with Outlook 2000 on my machine.

Can this be done? I've read posts about corrupting a PST file/etc if I do somethihng like this.

Any thoughts/Advice? (other than upgrade my PC? LOL Been trying for years!)
