vbs and active directory (1 Viewer)

does anyone know of a good site that offers good advice on how to research writing vbs code to interact with active directory? I'm assuming it's fairly simple but have never done it. I'm aware that AD is just a storage resource for information on a windows network, but I'm thinking there's something else to this.
