Email_Address1 is a field in my query/report but i wont need to use the other email addresses
You will want to work out sooner than later where you really want to store Email addresses. More than one implies "Child record" unless you've got a very specific reason. If its "Well, we only ask for two" or something similar, you'll rapidly find that having a pre-defined limit will run into issues.
Example: Customer tells you "My Email is Me@Me.Com, but I also need my boss included and his is Him@Me.Com AND my home email is Me@MyISP.COM, but I will be out of town for three weeks when you need my input and you'll have to send it to Joe@me.com and my travel Email of Me@OnTheRoad.ORG".
