I will have to admit, the most Rocky Mountain Osyters I ever ate was in Texas.
Tip of the day: Rocky Mountain Osyters don't taste like chicken.

And, they are expected to be ordered with a beer over red wine.

You see that they are served at our Mile High Baseball (Rockes) stadium a few blocks from where I work.
When people visit Denver, Colorado the first time, I like to show them things unique to Colorado. The Gold dome on the capital, the unsinkable Molly Brown House, several other things, and treat them to Rocky Moutain Osyters. Can Freud can explain why divorced women are interested?
