Show All Actions in Macro not doing anything (1 Viewer)

Hello folks,

So I am using this "Inventory" template database that I downloaded from the Microsoft website. I am trying to add a button that would run a macro, then run a VBA function. I can't seem to "Show All Actions" and there are missing items in the drop-down menu. Here is what I've done so far:

1. I "Saved as" the database and opened it from my Desktop.
2. I added "Documents" folder and "Desktop" to trusted location.
3. I opened MS Access as an Administrator.
4. I had "Show All Actions" enabled.

Here is what I am seeing in the drop-down menu:



Cloud someone help please

"Show All Actions" has nothing to do with structures or trust. Its a simple toggle,to show all the commands or not.
Very bizzare.

have you tried:
compact/repair
and
try opening it on a different PC (this does matter sometimes)
