Hi All,

I am currently working on creating a KEDB for my company, but i do not know what the best way is to set the tables and relationships. I want to set is so when the user looks at the form (frontend) they see 3 listboxes and one textbox. when they click the first option in the first listbox it then shows a new list in the second box.

If you do not understand what I am asking for please do not hesitate to ask me.

Kind Thanks

sounds like your looking for cascading listboxes.
take a look at the example here and see if it helps.

Moke123,

How would i need to set my tables, what relationships.

I would like a Top Category, Sub Cat, issue and then the solution.

How about giving us the 30,000 ft overview of :
-What this database will contain (major subjects.categories)
-Who will use it for what purpose
-How it will get populated and maintained

Perhaps you could include a sample(mock up) scenario showing:
- the currently available data
- the problem/condition causing the database to be used
- the process used to get info to respond

You will need this info to build your tables, relationships and interface(s).

Good luck with your project.
