Hi I have a database I use at work to store conditions placed on a licence. I have a word template that I use to print out the licence but I am having trouble printing multiple conditions.
Each condition is given a number and can be up to around 50.
I can place the first condition in the word document but is there a way to add multiple conditions of a word page i.e.
1 - condition 1 - comply by date
2 - condition 2 - comply by date
.....
and so on

I can get out all the information it is just the putting on word template I am having trouble with.
Any help would be appreciated
Tony

To me it looks like you are doing some text insertion.

If so, consider concatenating it in access instead of inserting each line seperately.
That way you may get away with just doing a single insert.

The actual inserting can be done by using either a text form field, table or bookmark.
I have always used the table method which looks like this https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/ff821612.aspx
It is also possible to automatically insert new rows etc if you want.

Thanks or that. I did that originally but I needed to keep the table format with number in column 1 and description in column 2.
I have never really interacted with word before so maybe you can recommend a good reference site or similar.
Thanks for your help
Tony
