Not sure I can answer that without looking at it.
Perhaps you didn't specify the font size in your highly formatted text
Feel free to upload if you wish.
What you posted in your screenshot didn't have any formatting

No, that was the idea.
I can take formatted text from a web page, paste into Word and it remains as is.
If I paste into my Memo control it is converted to the font, size and colour of the properties of the control.
Then I can change the properties of individual words in regard to colour, size and font if i want anything fancy.

Could this be a 2007 trait again.?

OK - now i'm also confused

Using Access 2010:
I took the same text from the last post and pasted it directly into your form.
Result - formatting lost:

I then pasted it into Word where the formatting was retained
Then I pasted it from Word to Access - formatting retained again
Result:

If you try pasting direct into your form in A2007 missing out Word, you'll also get the unformatted version - or at least I did!

In post #19 I suggested 2 options
a) equivalent to the second option above - preformat then paste
b) equivalent to the first option above - paste then format

Yes, I only mentioned Word to prove that it had formatted text in it, and I was not copying something from Notepad.

I do the Notepad trick a lot when pasting to Word or any other program that would respect the formatting, and I do not want that, at that time., I paste into Notepad and then copy that and paste into Word or whatever, and keep the formatting of the document.

Just discovered that if I paste into Access, THEN paste into Word, I also lose the formatting.?
It's as if the Paste (no copy involved) literally does a copy again?

Not to worry, at the moment it works the way i would likely want it to.
