Hello from Birmingham, AL (1 Viewer)

I am Donald Given, Organist and Music Associate at Covenant Presbyterian Church in Homewood, AL ( a suburb of Birmingham, AL). I use Access 2010 to keep track of personal info for choirs and to hold information about our anthem library and hymn usage. I'm hoping to get enough training and information about Access to be able to keep attendance records within the database. Right now I have to cut and paste the names to Excel sheets where the first column is the names and the other columns are dates with X's for each name. Not very practical for analyzing the data and cumbersome for entry. Also would like to learn how to combine all the databases into a master database in which the data would only be entered once and still keep everything straight.
