The thing about gyms, there are usually a lot of sweaty people milling around in close quarters.

If only, coming down is hard on the old joints

It was on a training execise which nearly turned into a real exercise as its downdraught blew a climber off his hold, he was saved by his ropes but crashed into the rock face and sprained his wrist, resulting in him needing to be helped down by his companions.
I only know this as he is a work colleague of my walking buddy.

You should be able to upload the image to a free image hosting site like this one:

http://www.freeimagehosting.net/

After it uploads, copy the url and then do the 'Insert Image' thing on the toolbar...
