Insert query

Following code is not working
"INSERT INTO TABLE1 IN 'C:\DATABASE1.mdb'[Password=PASSWORD] SELECT * FROM TABLE1 IN 'C:\DATABASE2.mdb'[Password=PASSWORD]"

Welcome to the Forum!

It looks like you are trying to copy a Table from one Database to another. If that is so then...
