Access/Office 2016 upgrade left corner window icon gone (1 Viewer)

Sorry for bad title, don't know what that thing is called. See attached. In pre 2016 Office I could click in the left corner to close a window, now I see that clicking there will Save the file. I have the habit of clicking on the left to close the window if the cursor is closer to the left and click on the red x on the right, if cursor is nearer to that. So now I am inadvertently saving rather than closing. Seems that non office windows such as NotePad still have the ability to close windows from the upper left. Anyone know of a setting to enable close from the left? Running Windows 7 Pro 64 bit.

I don't have ac2016 but it looks like the Quick Access Toolbar. Try playing with it. You used to be able to change it some.

You can move the QAT to below the ribbon in Customise QAT (right click).
