after refreshing excel sheet data in some columns will be moved (1 Viewer)

I have an excel file it has been connected to one query in Ms Access file. now i need to add some columns to my Excel sheet and type manually some things. now after inserting some records in Ms Access table and then refresh my Excel file, excel file will be refreshed but what i have manually typed in the columns will be moved to the top or down, how i can fix these columns with the columns will be refreshed by ms access database.

Add the columns in excel, then refresh the link.
All columns will show.

Yes, i have added columns in excel like (remark) column and i need manually typing some thing in this column, now when refresh this excel file that has been connected to MS Access query, the old columns there are the same in the query will be refreshed and new column i have added manually in Excel is freeze, so this new column is not match with other old columns.
