Link By Query String (1 Viewer)

I have a SharePoint 2010 Access Web Database site; I would like to be able to send a link via email to a particular record in a table. I have a form to perform that, but I don't know how to pass query string parameters that will go to the form and also to the record. Any help would be appreciated.
