Ok so I have a problem. For work they want me to create some sort of file that will go to the desktop so they can open it up and print if off for easy access. Well at first I thought this was going to be an easy fix. I set up a query for what I needed to be exported. I put the totals at the bottom of my currency columns. When I went to export the query to the desktop and opened it up it would not retain the totals. So i asked another guy what I should do. He told me to try and put it into a report and then put that to the desktop. So i did, all looked good until i tried to print the text file. It came out looking all funky looking and now I have no clue what to do. So my question is how do I fix this. I am no VBA expert so help me as much as you can.

Thanks,
Mike

Have you looked into PrintSnapShot? There is a free SnapShot viewer from MS.
