how to go from form to report and navigate it

i m newbie to microsoft access
my question is that i have a form which has 2 textboxes and 1 button
know what i want to do is that if in these 2 textboxes i enter dates e.g 2/5/2012 and 3/7/2013 and enter a button then it go to the report and show in it all records from date 2/5/2012 and 3/7/2013
i dont know how to do that
kindly do help

there is a table name data in which there is column name DateWorked
this table is attach to the form mjai
now what i want is that if i write dates in btw text5 and text7 and click on preview report it will open a report showing all records of dates written btw text5 and text7
