Exporting a form into powerpoint

Hi,

I have very moderate access experience and basically I'm trying to help my supervisor condense 12 powerpoint slides into one Access form. The form is solid and works as needed, the only issue is getting it to export/print in a compatible medium. The form contains pictures and dropdowns, so I feel the easiest way would be to save it as a picture and then drag and drop into the slide required but i'm fully open to ideas.
