Sorry to keep posting

Sorry to keep posting, however I want to stop my query giving me a long set of results as is described in the link below.

I don't want to have to use a pop up box to enter the car registration, when entering the registration in the query I would just like one row of results to appear as currently when I run the query I get all the results.


Would be most greatful if someone could help.
