i want to conditional formatting to column A:C
based jobs from c2:c6 , i attach file to example

I'm sorry I can't explain what I want.
if i enter any jobs not between this jobs"Teacher;Doctor;Nurse;Engineer;Judge"
i want create conditional formatting to new job or any error when i write the above Jobs

Why not use Data Validation to only allow valid values.?

Data validation and/or a dropdown of limited choices.

Why not migrate to Access database?
