YouTube - How to get a Time Indexed Link from the Video

Sometimes you want to share a particular place in a video with someone. Let's say you've been looking at one of my Microsoft Access Video's on YouTube.

You're not quite sure what I'm on about, and want some clarification... In this YouTube video I explain how you can get the time index link from the YouTube video. Once you've got the time index link, send it to me, and I will do my best to answer your query...
