Here is the project:
To create a php organiser that displays in the background as a wallpaper, shows events for the current day and highlights events occurring within one hour of present time.
So far I have done the build successfully and the project works well to a point. What I am trying to do is to have the organiser display the results for today, which it already does, but highlight events occurring within the next hour, which is where I hit problems.
At the moment the organiser stores separate date and time which can be displayed back to the webfront, and I think this may be the problem. Would it be better to have a timestamp as well, or can the date/time formats be used to create an equation to work?
Any advice would be appreciated.
