Dear all,

I am looking for any examples of how I can store weekly man hours for an employee.

Does anyone know where there are some examples?

I need to enter data by day for a given year and then report by year, month or week.

eg

user year month
1 2001 jan
wk1=10hrs
wk2=23hrs

etc

Any help will be as always much appreciated.

Thanks
Mark

Hi Mark,

I think you must approach an automated solution for this because doing this task manually will be a hectic job and will consume lot of time.
I know a software tool which can fulfill all your requirements and will assist you in keeping record of hours utilized by resource. You can try eResource Scheduler which is a collaborative resource planning software. The time-sheet allows a user to enter hours which can be further approved or rejected by admin and you will get an exact figure of hours consumed.

An employee timesheet is a technique of recording and monitoring the amount of work spent by an employee. The employee's timetable can report total hours worked or time spent working on a particular job or task. Employee timesheets are used mainly for payroll purposes.
