Has anyone created a customer survey in Access using combo box list as a choice of answers then sent to contacts to fill in via a html link in outlook... if so..how?
After a lot of research I came accross a software package Easy Survey which contained Add-ine for Access and Outlook allowing you to publish a survey using Access Tables to customers to fill in.
Taken a couple of days to create in Access with questions and the form in Access works perfectly. I have used combo box answers and comment boxes for customers to fill in. Now I have tried to use the Add-in for Easy Survey and it will only convert the comment boxes not the combo boxes ...aaaaaaaaagghhhh!!!
