problem with combination of word and access using mass correspondence (2 conditions) (1 Viewer)

i use mass correspondence in word (office 2007). using a list with merging fields i was able to use data from access database. then setting two conditions (no. of pieces equals one and state is empty), it was confirmed that merged addresses are correct. however after 'finish and merge' the connection was not correct as everything in access database was merged.

when i set up only one condition (no. of pieces equals one) everything went fine. so the problem is probably related to two conditions of the connection.

could you help me with that, please?
