Hi All,

Complete newbie to Access so forgive me if this is a silly question....

I have an original data set of which i have 13 queries coming out of it.

I need to check that all the data included in the original is broken up and each falls into one of my queries.
I can see from the count si am missing some and need to clast the query results with the original data set to see what ones are left over

Any ideas ?
Thanks
Saz

Hi,

Create a query that excludes all the criteria you used in the 13 other queries and you should be left with only the data that did not meet the criteria of those queries.

Union the 13 queries and then create an unmatched query for the original table and the union query. That will identify the missing items.
