Hey there,

I use this tool online a lot as part of my work; http://www.textfixer.com/tools/remove-line-breaks.php

It would be good to add this functionality to my database for speedier input from PDFs and so my users don't have to navigate online.

Any suggestions on how this can be achieved?

Look up the Replace function, to replace anything in a string with anything else.

If the PDF's are regular, you could dump them to a text file and parse the information from there, so that users do not have to do any copy/paste.

Cheers, it's selective extraction unfortunately.

A quick look at char maps and I think I should replace 13 with 32 so to give a space and not join words. I THINK!

Access and VBA are still pretty murky to me!
