I put in a support ticket on office 365's website because the installer was horrible. The webpage for support tells you to look at the options there before submitting a ticket and the page addresses 7 known issues that can occur during installation, which doesn't surprise me. So 20 minutes later I get a call from someone with a +86 country code in the phone number. So it came from somewhere in China:

I sure hope MS is not taking advantage of those people, like corporate America is so notorious for doing. I would think that the people of China and India would understand that their talents are worth a lot more now than when we first introduced capitalism over there and the big boys were purchasing all the cheap labor for pennies a day. Last I read, the Indians were ahead of China in terms of recognizing what was/is happening.

I was surprised by her voice though...she spoke very good English and seemed like she knew what she was talking about.
