Empty To Field - Lotus Notes Send Object (1 Viewer)

The below code is working (In Part) on some machines, but It does not complete the "TO:" field.

The attachment and message work fine, but no email addresses are completed and so the email is not sent.

DoCmd.SendObject acTable, "Table1", "MicrosoftExcel(*.xls)", "abc@abc.com", "", "", "Subject Title", "Please see the attached, etc, etc", False, ""

Any suggestions ??
