Hi,

On closing my new database, it seems to have got corrupted.

The message that appears when trying to open it is displayed in the attachment. When I try to compact and repair it, a message appears saying that the password is incorrect.


Please help, the database is supposed to be going live today!!

I assume that you tried the repair. Now create a new db and open it. File-Import everything from the corrupt db into it. Fix it?

As this db is set to go live you need to find out why it crashed or it will probably happen again. Did you improperly shut it down, i.e. turned off your PC while the db was open? I'd hate for this to come back to haunt you after the users have inputted a buch of data.
