I know how to have Access create a task in Outlook, but what i don't know is how to connect Outlook to an Access database.

Anyone know if it's possible to create a task that includes a button that opens the access database? i want to have access output a reminder, and that reminder to be able to open the database directly.

Anyone know the code for a button in Outlook? or maybe a hyperlink would work?

Bringin back Old Thread

Sorry to bring back this old thread... I've been searching the forums for this solution without success.

I was able to write task into outlook from ACCESS, what I need now is to insert a nice hyperlink with the Access Front end location into the body of the task, So users read their task, click on the Hyperlink which opens their local Front End Database. Tried HyperlinkPart with no avail.

Can someone help me?

Thanks
